These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Vultrex and the services available through our platform.
By creating an account, placing an order, selling coins, or otherwise using Vultrex, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Vultrex Services
Vultrex provides services related to buying and selling supported in-game currency.
Available games, platforms, delivery methods, purchasing methods, selling options, pricing and availability may change over time.
Orders & Pricing
Prices displayed on Vultrex may change based on market conditions, platform, availability, order size, delivery method and other relevant factors.
The price displayed when an order is confirmed generally applies to that transaction unless an obvious technical, pricing or system error has occurred.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when submitting an order. Incorrect information may delay or prevent processing.
Buying Coins
When purchasing coins through Vultrex, you must provide the information required for the delivery method selected during your order.
Delivery may depend on circumstances outside Vultrex's direct control, including game servers, transfer market conditions, account restrictions, transfer limits, platform availability and third-party service availability.
Any delivery time displayed on Vultrex should be considered an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion time.
Selling Coins
Users may sell supported in-game currency through Vultrex where the service is available.
The value of a sell order is determined according to the rate displayed or confirmed when the order is created.
Sell orders may require processing and verification before they are considered complete. Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and ensuring the required coin balance remains available while the order is being processed.
Payments & Refunds
Where advance payment is required, payment must be successfully confirmed before a purchase order can be processed.
If Vultrex is unable to complete an eligible paid order, an appropriate resolution may be provided depending on the circumstances. This may include re-delivery, account credit or a refund.
Refund requests may be reviewed before approval, particularly where an order has already been partially or fully delivered.
Order Cancellation
Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its current processing and delivery status.
An order that has not entered delivery or transfer processing may be eligible for cancellation. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be available.
Vultrex Support may review cancellation requests based on the circumstances and current status of the order.
Game Account & Third-Party Risk
Buying, selling or transferring virtual game currency may be restricted by the rules or terms established by the relevant game publisher or platform.
Third-party publishers or platforms may independently take actions including coin removal, transfer restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account suspension or other account penalties.
By using Vultrex services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with transactions involving virtual game currency.
Vultrex may use methods intended to reduce delivery risks, but no method can guarantee that a third-party game publisher or platform will not take action against an account.
User Responsibilities
When using Vultrex, you agree not to:
- Provide intentionally false or misleading order information.
- Use stolen, fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.
- Attempt fraudulent refunds or chargebacks.
- Abuse promotional codes, discounts, account balances, wallets or other platform features.
- Attempt to interfere with the security, functionality or availability of the Vultrex website.
- Use Vultrex for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
Vultrex may refuse service, restrict access, suspend accounts or cancel orders where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, security threats or violations of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vultrex is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Vultrex is also not responsible for actions independently taken by game publishers, gaming platforms, payment providers or other third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Vultrex may update these Terms & Conditions as the platform, services or applicable requirements change.
The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of Vultrex after an update means the revised terms will apply to future use of the service.
